Hi, I’m Joel.
I’ve spent the last 10 years in auto detailing, where attention to detail really matters. During the pandemic, I started doing more residential cleaning, and one day a client asked me to clean their balcony.
All I had was a bucket and a mop, and it didn’t feel right. It was messy, inefficient, and clearly there had to be a better way.
So I built one. Using my background in auto detailing and engineering, I developed a system that lets us pressure wash balconies without needing a drain or water hookup.
Over the past 2 years and hundreds of balconies detailed, we’ve refined our process into a system that works consistently for every type of balcony.
