No, Balconee will never spill water onto your neighbours below. Our detailing process is specifically designed for condo living, where water control is essential. Instead of letting water run off the edge of your balcony, we use a professional vacuum and siphoning system that collects and safely disposes of all wastewater through your toilet.
What does the standard balcony detailing package include?
Washing of glass windows and doors, sills, screen doors, railing, inside of the railing glass, tiles and floors.
Do you provide upfront pricing?
Yes, we provide clear pricing based on your balcony size, selected package, and any add-ons. Final pricing is confirmed upon arrival once we verify the balcony size.
Is the tile and furniture shine permanent?
No, treatments like tile shine or furniture shine give temporary restoration that gradually fades.
How long does balcony detailing take?
Most standard balconies take 1–3 hours. Time depends on size and add-on services.
How often do I need to have my balcony detailed?

Does somebody have to be home?
